Office Massage
Our chair massages act as a short form reset for staff in the middle of the working day. Using a specially designed on site massage chair our therapists target key pressure points in your neck, head, shoulders, back and arms leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized in just 15 to 30 mins. A quick and effective relief from tension and stress. Chair massages can be done anywhere in the office and do not necessarily require a private meeting room.
Table Massage
For a more in-depth relaxation experience of 30-45 mins per person our table massages offer a longer session designed to melt away deep-seated tension. Choose from a variety of massage styles including Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue and Aromatherapy. Table massage will require a separate room.
Office Pilates & Yoga
We offer packages for lunchtime Pilates & yoga. Our teachers will come in for a minimum of 3 hours to run on the hour or on the half hour 30 min sessions for your staff. This allows for people to get a session when it suits their schedule best and also allows for companies with less space to offer these sessions to more people by having multiple sessions run around the lunch break. The sessions can also be customized to your requirements from beginner / intermediate to advanced.
Office Pilates and yoga sessions sit perfectly alongside office massage sessions as part of a corporate wellness day or can work well as stand-alone regular bookings.
Breathwork, Mindfulness & Sound baths
As with office Pilates & yoga we can offer practitioners in breathwork, mindfulness and sound baths for a minimum of 3 hours to run on the hour or half hour sessions with your team.
Lunch & Learns
We work with numerous highly skilled sales & mindset coaches, motivational speakers, healers and nutritionists to offer Lunch & Learns to offices throughout the UK. These are priced according to the practitioner / theme / length of session and number of sessions being offered. These are great as part of a corporate wellness day but can also work well as stand-alone bookings. Often, we can design a package of sessions with different specialists to cover a larger topic or theme such as a January reset.
Corporate Wellness Total Solution Service
We offer personal consultations with your HR department or office manager to boost or overhaul employee wellness. You can use us in a purely advisory capacity, or you can outsource your whole wellness programme to us.
How does this work?
You will need to have an agreed budget either a total annual or monthly spend for wellness or a per head budget. We can then come up with proposals of how best to spend that budget for maximum impact. Our fees for wellness consulting start at £250 plus VAT and usually start with us visiting your office to assess the space(s) available. We can also design and furnish a wellness room if you have a space that will be permanently designated as a wellness area.
