Casino Massage
This is where it all started when we worked on the WPT at the Palm Beach Casino back in 2010! When it comes to poker massage we provide the highest levels of service to both the players and the venues.
Our Casino Massage therapists are trained to the highest level in casino massage. We aim to recruit therapists with 2 years massage experience and a minimum of a level 3 ITEC or equivalent massage qualification. Once brought onto the team, our therapists undergo specific training on casino and poker etiquette.
Our gaming and poker massage therapists are handpicked by us and have interesting and varied CVs. We value the different personalities and skills each of our therapists bring to the table. Having personality and the ability to demonstrate initiative and drive counts for a lot with our company. Some of our team may specialise in Sports massage techniques, others may be physiotherapists looking for a varied work pattern and find the casino massage an interesting and fun environment to work in. Others may have another passion completely such as acting or singing.
We pride ourselves in having a strong core team of casino massage therapists who work with us on a regular basis and understand our work ethic. We have a strict code of conduct that our casino massage therapists adhere to including when and how to approach a table and how to recognize the optimum times to offer the massage without interrupting or distracting players at important moments. We will never parachute new casino massage therapists into your casino or card room without a rigorous induction as we want each of our therapists to feel confident and enjoy their work, and in turn for our customers to receive the best treatment as possible.
We offer a premium on site massage experience and pride ourselves on the following:
- Qualifications of our therapists and membership of each therapist are a minimum level 3 NVQ or ITEC (no 1 day diplomas!)
- Excellent standards of presentation and grooming
- Customer service training for all our team specific to on-site massage (eg. how to approach people in a non-invasive manner and to integrate seamlessly into the casino / office / event)
- We are specialists in on-site massage; we have a strong group of experienced therapists who are focussed on on-site massage specifically and we do not offer mobile @home or hotel visits etc.
Corporate Wellness Total Solution Service
We offer personal consultations with your HR department or office manager to boost or overhaul employee wellness. You can use us in a purely advisory capacity, or you can outsource your whole wellness programme to us.
How does this work?
You will need to have an agreed budget either a total annual or monthly spend for wellness or a per head budget. We can then come up with proposals of how best to spend that budget for maximum impact. Our fees for wellness consulting start at £250 plus VAT and usually start with us visiting your office to assess the space(s) available. We can also design and furnish a wellness room if you have a space that will be permanently designated as a wellness area.
